Artistic Engraving offers customized "sandcarving" on many surfaces such as glass, stone, tile, anodized metals and more. We have been providing top quality products with excellent service since 2004 and believe our customers will remember the quality long after they have forgotten the price.
Sandcarving is a process in which high pressure air and an abrasive are used to blast away material to leave text and graphics in a variety of materials. Sandcarving can be used to engrave several different ways from surface etching to deep carving. The end result is a crisp, clean image that will not fade or scratch off....ever.
Artistic Engraving offers a wide variety of services and products. We can engrave on your own personal items or sell you ours. We have very few limitations so don't hesitate to ask if you don't see what you are looking for.
When making your final purchase please include your e-mail address, any text or images desired and any special instruction on the last page of checkout. I will send a proof if one is necessary for your approval.
FAQ's
What is your return policy? - If a mistake is made on our part we will replace the item at no charge. We will need the item shipped back or a photo of the item with the mistake shown clearly before we proceed with the replacement. All return or replacement requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the end product and will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with it. Refunds will not be honored on stones due to color, shape or imperfections in the stone itself. All refunds must be pre-authorized.
How long until the order ships? We usually ship the orders within 2 weeks. If we are back logged with orders and the expected time of shipping will exceed 2 weeks we will notify you immediately. The actual delivery time varies with your location. Rush orders may be an option if workload permits. Please contact us for price and availability.
How do you ship? We will ship either UPS or USPS most of the time. We try to use the most inexpensive option in most cases. We will send you a conformation of shipping via e-mail when your order leaves.
Do you use real stones? Yes we do. All of our stones are hand picked by us to ensure quality. Each stone will be unique and have its own "character". This makes each and every stone we do truly "one of a kind". We will use 3 general color categories - gray, brown and red. The actual category the stone falls into will be up to us to decide and color will vary slightly. Because of this the do NOT guarantee exact colors or shapes.
How can I pay for my order? We accept checks, money orders and Visa/Mastercard (via Paypal). And of course if you are local we will accept cash. Because these are customized items we start working on orders after payment has been cleared.
Do your prices include engraving? YES! Engraving is included in the prices listed. We do not charge by the letter or line like some of our competitors. This means you don't have to get creative with how to get what you want on your item. Size of the item is the only limitation as to what we can put on it.
Do you offer any bulk discounts? Yes, please e-mail or call for prices and quantities required.
Are there any limitations as to what can be engraved on my item? There are only a few. If you are sending us the art it must not be copyrighted or trademarked. It must also be a black and white line art type drawing (think coloring book). We will need to see the art and approve it before we continue with the order. The more you try to put on an item the smaller and less detailed it will be. Sometimes less is more!
